Charles Gadsdon has worked for V2 Records, EMI Music, Sony Music, Parlophone Records, ATC Management, Kitsuné [Paris] and Record Makers [Paris]. He has worked with almost every major and indie record label in Europe on a number of projects ranging from A&R to Brand Partnerships to Social/Digital projects and App development to Strategic planning and more. 

In March 2016, Charles joined global music agency; MassiveMusic as Head of Creative Development. 

In 2015, Charles launched a creative agency working with clients such as Lotus F1 Team, Dior, Rimmel, Dixons Carphone Group and talent such as Daft Punk, Rihanna, Pharrell and Kodaline with agencies Wieden + Kennedy, JWT, Grey, McCann, Havas, AMV BBDO, CHI&Partners, Fold7, DLKWLowe, M&C Saatchi, Mother, Ogilvy & Mather and TBWA.  

Prior to this, Charles was VP Business Development EMEA for a music agency winning clients such as Nestle, Unilever, Harrods and Brooks England.
